Terms

Who you are dealing with, and what you are getting.

Written to be read once, in ordinary English, by the person who is actually going to use this. Where a sentence here matters more than it looks, it says so.

The company

castomUI is operated by Castomo prosta spółka akcyjna, registered at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 5/212, 53-332 Wrocław, Poland, KRS 0001188843, NIP 8993033031. The full details are in the footer of every page on this site, and the address above is where formal correspondence goes.

The contract is between that company and you — a business, in practice, since this is a tool for building websites for a business or its clients. Where you are using it as a consumer, the consumer protections of Polish and EU law apply and nothing here removes them.

What the service is

castomUI is a website builder in the browser. You create projects, build their pages from blocks, components and templates, keep media and data beside them, generate content with AI models reached through castomAPI, and publish the result to cstmui.com, to your own domain or to GitHub. It runs on your castomo account.

Two things follow from that, and they are the two people most often get wrong.

AI output is a draft until you publish it. Generated pages, blocks, components, META and translations land in the editor, not on your live site. Nothing reaches the public until you publish, and a page marked as a draft cannot be published until you unmark it. Models make mistakes — a plausible sentence that is wrong, a claim that is not yours to make, a figure that came from nowhere — so you review what was generated before it goes out. You are responsible for what is published in your name.

Publishing happens as you. Your domain, your GitHub repository, your publisher. We are not a party to your relationship with your host, your registrar or GitHub, and their terms apply to what you put there.

What is yours.

Your site is yours: its content and its code, including the HTML, CSS and JavaScript you write in the editor and what the editor generates for you. You own it, you can publish it anywhere, and there is no arrangement under which it becomes ours or anybody else's material.

Your projects, media and datasets are yours as well. They are documents on your castomo account, and publishing to your own domain or to GitHub puts a copy wherever you choose. If you leave, your sites leave with you.

Material you bring — your texts, your photographs, your data — stays yours. We hold it to do the job described on this site and for nothing else.

What is ours.

The service itself: the editor, the software behind it, this website, the name and the mark. Using castomUI does not transfer any of that, and it may not be copied, resold or rebuilt from.

You may not resell access to the editor itself. Using it to build websites for your clients is the opposite of that and is explicitly expected.

Feedback you send us we may act on without owing you anything, which is the ordinary arrangement and is why we can act on it quickly.

Billing

There is no free tier. Regular is €100 a month for one seat, PRO is €300 a month, and Team is €500 a month per seat. Plans are billed monthly, per seat, in euro. Any plan can instead be paid yearly, at ten times the monthly price — two months free: Regular €1,000, PRO €3,000 and Team €5,000 per seat a year.

There is no minimum term. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current period running to its end.

Prices are exclusive of VAT where VAT applies. If we change a price, you will hear about it before the period it applies to, and cancelling is always the answer available to you.

What you agree not to do with it

Not to publish unlawful material, not to impersonate a person or organisation, not to build sites designed to deceive people about who is speaking or to collect their details under false pretences, and not to use it to attack or overload anybody else's systems.

What you import must be yours to use. The web crawler, the scraper and the source address you give the AI generator take whatever a page contains, and so does an upload or a paste. Texts, images and code copied from somebody else's website are usually somebody else's copyright; the editor warns about this when you use those tools, and the responsibility for what you import stays with you. Stock media carries the licence of the library it came from.

What you connect is your responsibility. An external database, its address, its login and its key are yours to be entitled to use, and yours to secure. castomUI reads and writes through the credentials you supplied, with the permissions they carry — so give it an account that can do what the site needs and no more.

Availability, liability and endings

We aim to keep this running and it is not perfect. Browsers change, providers change their models, and things break at four in the morning. A site you published to your own domain, or pushed to GitHub, is on your server or in your repository and does not depend on the editor being open.

Our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the problem, which is the ordinary limit for a service of this kind. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death, personal injury or our own intentional wrongdoing.

You can stop at any time. We can end an account for non-payment or for the misuse described above, with notice and with an opportunity to fix it wherever fixing it is possible. If we ever shut the service down, you will get notice and time to publish your projects somewhere of your own.

Polish law governs this, and the courts of Wrocław have jurisdiction, without removing any protection consumer law gives you in the country where you live.

The sentence that matters most: the AI writes the draft, and you publish the site. Everything else on this page is ordinary; that one is the reason generated content waits in the editor, and the reason the model is never the one pressing Publish.
