We are in Wrocław, so we answer on Central European time, on working days. If something is broken rather than merely puzzling, say so in the first line and it moves to the front.
What to put in it.
Whatever you have. The five things that make an answer useful are: what the site is for, the address of the one you have now, how many pages and languages it needs, whether it runs on data, and how many people will be working on it.
The address matters most. A site that already exists can be crawled, its pages and META read and brought into a project, so we would rather look at what you have than be told about it.
The last one decides the plan. One person building alone is a different conversation from a team editing the same project at once — and it is better to have that conversation before the first invoice than after it.

Can I try it without paying?
No. There is no free tier: Regular is €100 a month for one seat, billed monthly with no minimum term. If you want to see it before deciding, ask for a demo in the form above.
Can I bring my current website?
Yes. The web crawler reads an existing site to the depth you choose, scrapes each page's content and META, and adds the pages you pick to a project's sitemap. What you import must be yours to use.
Can it use my own database?
Yes. Datasets live in MongoDB or MySQL, and an existing MongoDB or MySQL database can be connected as an external source, with pages generated one per record.
The company behind it
castomUI is made by Castomo P.S.A., a company registered in Wrocław, Poland. The same company makes dash-b, iKonekt, clickSomo, castomFLOW, FABLS, castoMIND and the castomAPI platform underneath all of them. One castomo account signs into the lot.

On data requests: write to the same address and say what you want — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion. It goes to a person, not a queue, and you do not need to phrase it in any particular way for it to count.
